Shipping policy

At LIGHT-CAD, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable carriers, including PostNL, DPD, UPS, and DHL. The choice of carrier depends on the destination, package size, and desired delivery speed.

Order Processing

All orders are processed on the same business day (Monday to Saturday), provided the item is in stock. Custom-made parts may require additional production time. We will keep you informed via email.

Delivery Times

The table below provides an estimate of expected delivery times after shipment:

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to delays at the shipping carrier.

Shipping & Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code, allowing you to track your shipment online until delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. The following rates serve as a guideline:

  • Netherlands: €4.95

  • United Kingdom & Europe: €7.95

  • Outside Europe: €9.95

For orders over €100, we offer free shipping regardless of destination.

Final shipping costs will always be clearly displayed before you complete your order. For larger or heavier parcels, different rates may apply.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees

For international shipments outside the EU, local authorities may impose taxes, import duties, or customs fees.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges, cannot calculate them in advance, and are not responsible for any delays or extra costs due to customs procedures.

We advise customers to contact their local customs authorities for more information on potential import charges.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Once the package is handed over to the carrier and a tracking number is provided, responsibility lies with the shipping service.

If your package does not arrive or is delivered damaged, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Of course, we are happy to assist and support you where possible in filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

Always double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
