Refund policy

At Light-CAD, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be undamaged, unused, and complete.
Returns should preferably be sent back in the original packaging.
Custom-made or tailored parts cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing or material defect.

Return Procedure

Contact us within 14 days of receipt via email or our contact form. Please include your order number and reason for return.
After approval, you will receive return instructions.
Send the product back within 7 days of receiving our approval to the provided return address.
Once we have received and inspected the return, you will be refunded the purchase amount within 5 working days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Items returned damaged or incomplete may be refused or only partially refunded.

14-Day Legal Cooling-Off Period in the EU

Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
